Rosen, a weekly liaison conference held in Philadelphia Major H. B. Eldridge advised that OSI is no longer interested in receiving reports coneerning flying saucers. OSI, as the official Air Force liaison agency, has agreed to accept reports regarding flying saucers and to transmtt these reports to the Air Technical Intelligence Center at Wright-Patterson Atr Force Base, Ohio, where all information pertaining to flying saucers is coordinated. If Major Eldridge still inststs that he does not desire to receive reports regarding flying saucers, you should advise the Bureau and the matter wtll be discussed further with OSI Headquarters in Washington, D.
