WOLD stated he and a group of *fellow-werkers saw an adver- tisement concerning the above described publication in a magazine and they subscribed to this publication for one year at a cost of $3.00. WOLD further stated this publica- tion slurred and criticized the U. S. Air Force and offi- eials of the U. S. Air Force and was in his opinion Commu- nistic.
