On Saturday, 4/9/60, Agents, of the Flint, Mich., Resident Agency attempted to contact Josep PERI at his home, 3079 Edward St., Grand Blanc, Mich., with négative results. On 4/9/60 he was located telephonically at approximately 6:30 P.M. He advised that he would not be available for interview that night or over the weekend; therefore, he was advised that his letter to the White House had been referred to the FBI by the Dept. of Justice, and we desired to acknowledge the letter and to see him personally. Mr, PERRY advised that he would arrange to contact the Agents at the earliest possible date.
