LAMO was processed and at the end of processing at 2:34pm stated he felt ill. The nurse at 26 Federal Plaza, NY, NY was immediately contacted by the interviewing agents. The nurse arrived and made arrangements fox LAMO to be examined by a doctor at the NYU Downtown Hospital, Emergency Department. LAMO was transported by the interviewing agents to the_NYU_ Downtown Hospital. Upon arrival LAMO was treated byL_—————~CC ]whod HG stated that LAMO needed serious dental work and referred_him to a b7c dental clinic as well as provided him with ibuprofen. medically cleared LAMO for transport to the US Marshal's. The interviewing agents and LAMO arrived at the US Marshal's Southern District of New York at 4:32 PM for processing. Entry by the US Marshal's was denied because they stop all intakes at 4:30 PM. At 5:25 PM, LAMO was turned over to the custody of the Public Defenders Office with the understanding he was to return to court the next morning for processing by the US Marshal's.
