Enclosed for the Identification Division, Latent Fingerprint Section is one (1) color photograph of an unidentified Negro female child. For information of the Bureau, captioned victim was reported missing 6/22/80, from her residence. The victim's remains were discovered one-half mile from that location, 10/18/80.
