Victim Milton Harvey was last seen alive on 9/4/79, and his skeletal remains were found on 11/16/79. If a suspect is developed and unknown latent prints are obtained from the suspect's home or vehicle, it is felt that these latents should be compared to all known victims of ATKID for a possible match. No known fingerprints of the victim are available. The enclosed shoulder pads were obtained from his stepfather on 3/11/81. These pads were used by the victim and have been stored since his death.
