The Statement was issued in the name of the Association by its President, Rabbi Simcha Freedman of Temple Adath Yeshurun and its Executive Vice president, Rabbi Solomon Schiff, Director of Chaplaincy, Greater Miami Jewish Federation. The Statement reads: "The members of the Rabbininical Association of Greater Miami view with overwhelming concern the terrible and tragic murders of Black children in Atlanta. We feel a sense of outrage at the perpetrators of these horrendous and savage crimes. Our hearts go out to the families of these innocent victims and we share the sense of frustration and anguish of all the good citizens of Atlanta and our great country over the failure of apprehending those responsibie for these heinous acts. We urge, in the strongest wey possible, that no effort be spared by governmental and law enforcement authorities. to apprehend those responsible for these despicable acts. We urge them to continue and to redouble their efforts in order to stop these outrages.
