DETAILS: Suepoct Wittiame wae ohserved crossing a bridge over the Chattahoochee River, James - Jackson Parkway at 2:52 a.m., on 5/22/81, The bridge surveillance team, which included one Special Agent (SA) had been advised by a police recruit under the bridge that he had heard a loud splash in the river. Williams' vehicle a 1970, white Chevrolet station wagon, was stopped and identifying data concerning suspect obtained. He denied stopping on the / bridge or discarding any debris into the river. V-63 ig son yf we /- 25] — |] — The Atlanta Division has determined that Williams is the Vice President of the Nova Entertainment Corporation; and in that capacity distributes brochures to youths aged 11 - 21 years in an attempt to solicit talent prospects in that age group. Williams . resides with his parents in a black neighborhood on Penelope Street, N. W., Atlanta, Georgia, and apparently is an intelligent individual since at the age of 12, he began a small business. He was arrested in Atlanta, Georgia, on 5/17/76 for impersonating a police officer and unauthorized use of a vehicle. Williams had utilized a blue police light in his vehicle to simulate a law enforcement officer.
