Williams, 1817 Penelope Road, N.W., Atlanta, Georgia, was conducted. The following is a ronological log of events taken place during that surveillance: 4:00 pm - surveillance initiated in front of 1817 Penelope Road, N.W. 4:06 pm - Wayne B. Williams departs residence in a maroon Dodge Omni, Georgia license AA 2095 and drives to Center Hill Avenue, Atlanta 4:18 pm - Williams enters 657 Center Hill Avenue 4:19 pm - Williams exits 657 Center Hill Avenue and drives to 741 Emily Place, Atlanta 4:21 pm - Williams enters 741 Emily Place 4:23 pm - Williams exits 741 Emily Place and drove to 1425 Simpson Avenue where he entered the parking lot of this address then immediately departed without exiting the car 4:36 pm - Williams arrives home 4:56 pm - a black over cream colored Pontiac drrives at residenc anda white male, heavy set with full beard enters r.sidence. Car has Georgia license LWT 881 4:58 pm - white male departs residence in vehicle 6:03 pm - a red Fiat, Georgia license BFZ 922 arrives at residence driven by a black female, thén build, approximately 20 who enters residence 6:11 pm - Williams and black female exit residence and walk across street to 1824 Penelope Road, N.W., where Williams enters 6:15 pm - Williams exits 1824 address and attempts ‘to walk back home through news media.
