THIS IS EQUIVALENT TO 10.7 PER INCH TUFTING WHICH FALLS INTO THE WEST POINT PEPPERELL SPECIFICATIONS. THE GAUGE COUNT FOR BOTH SAMPLES ARE IDENTICAL AT 6.35 PER INCH. THE FINISHED WEIGHT OF THE WILLIAMS" SAMPLE WAS 15.45 OUNCES PER SQUARE YARD, WHILE THE WEST POINT PEPPERELL SAMPLE HAD A TUFTED SPECIFICATION WEIGHT MINUS FINISHING UF 18.6 OUNCES PER SQJARE YARD.
