The K93 and K94 pieces of carpet are alike in
color, design, construction and coaposition of component
parts. No differences were found in an examination of the
dye couposition of the pile fibers present in K93 and KO4
Accordiagly, the K$3 and K94 placas of carpet could have
been manufactured b:
the same company.
Because of the
large nuaber of variables that are present when a carpet
is manufactured and when carpet filers are colored, the
