Ninsteen latent fingerprints and ohs latent inpr which is cither a fingerprint or a palm print, of value vere developed on five of the photographs. No latent prints of value were developed on Q96. Four of prints, which were developed 4 on @ photograph of imbibed (3 hevé been identified as WC = finger impressions of Wayne Bertram Willsams, FBI ¢847900P9, The remaining latent prints are not the finger or pala prints of Williams, ‘These latent prints were compared, nsofar as poselbles with the available prints of the victins in 2 s this case, but no identification was effected. —_ The specimens are enclosed.
