I - General Information abouts —
(a) The Spanish Group, member by member, with all the personal
and political details that are desired regarding the
Franquista Sector and the Republican Sector.
(b) The political situation (internal and international), and
economic information of Colombia, especially that which
appertains to the relations with the United States and to
Panamerican affairs: Panamericanism, Latin Americanism,
(Bloque de los Cien), Indo Americanism, the Monroe Doc-
trine and Protestantism.
(c) The Nazi groups and native and European sympathizers;
their members, their organizations, their activities, the
control of their properties and their propagands.
II -The Colombia and Foreign Clergy, their affiliation and activity.
III -Vigilance of the Coast of Colombia, Guajira and Venezuela.
IV -Vigilance of the Colombian Pacific Coast end Panama, the Quif
of Darien and of the Maritime and Land Frontiers of Colombia
and Panama.
V -Vigilance of Restaurant Asturias of Bogota, where all Colombian
Falangists gather.
