Attached hereto are two envelopes sent by the seraylagtative
of the Basque organization in Argentina to Fresident José sy Sasus
in New York City. They contain copies of memoranda which have been
submitted to this office and also contain one letter each of a personal
and administrative nature.
It is requested that these envelopes be forwarded to Fresident
Aguirre.
