Forwarded with this letter is an envelope which
subject organization has requested this office to forward
to their President Aguirre in New York City. The contents
of this envelope have been examined and consist of one
letter of an administrative nature and copies of investi-
gative memoranda. This office is in possession of copies
of the latter.
The administrative letter will be easily
recognized since it is folded in the form of a square.
