He steted that in connection with the letter to hat the sane contained instructions outlining the entire policy which the Basque organi- tation intends to apply in ite relations hereinafter with the newly formed \ Spanish Republican Government and stated that in the future, he hoped to be \ able to use the Bureau channels in order to send instructions to A along similar lines.
