BRECAT, intondod to return to Gormeny after the wor, and Sourec QM ct that
time asked him if he was desirous of returning to Germany boccuse he thought
thet ho could obtain a position in the postwar German government. BRECHT's
reply to this was, according to Source , that he had no desire to obtain
any governmental position in Germany efter the war; all he wanted to do vas to
