DETAILS:
Attached is copy of request dated 8/15/80, from the
above law firm for any statements made by Mr. Coleman. This matter
was discussed with BS cemcedd Special Staff, Division Five and
SA Legal vision on 8/18/80, who advised the 47¢
FB urnish the statements in response to the request.
Mr. Joel Lisker, Department of Justice (DOJ), Registration Unit
attorney advised that DOJ has furnished copies of William A. (Billy)
Carter's statement to Carter's attorney and had no objection to
the FBI furnishing the FD 302's to Coleman's attorney.
