t 404/656-3529 was advised that the nature of this interview
had to do with what if any was his connection with Billy
Carter and Randy Coleman and the Libyan Delegation which
visited Georgia in January of 1979.

of that study. He stated that he subsequently met Billy
Carter in Plains who at one time had asked him to meet
someone whom he felt would be a good employee for the visitors
center. Istated that he recalled informing Billy that
the buil ig would have to be built first but that he did
subsequently interview the lady who is now presently the
manager of the information center.

He could not recall whether it was Billy or Randy Coleman
: who first contacted him by telephone but that in all likelihood

and that there was no correspondence which passed between

usual way of doing things, on an informal basis.
