We are transmitting herewith for whatever action you Ben |
deem appropriate a letter from an inmate of the Federal Correc-
tional Institution, Danbury, Connecticut. This letter was sent
through the prisoner's mail box and transmitted to the Criminal
Division by the Buygau of Prisons. The writer alleges that the
perpetrator of the"!Black Dahlia" murder is presently an imate
of the Federal Institution at Danbury, Connecticut, and states
that he can be identified by certain tattoo marks and that the
alleged murderer is a Puerto Rican nanSyfEredy.
