PART II The following is a summary of BPP activities in the Charlotte Division: The Free Breakfast for Children Program which began on 9/6/71, at BPP Headquarters, 1333 North Patterson Avenue, continues to feed approximately eight to ten children each day, This program is headed by MARY McDONALD, wife of RUSSELL McDONALD.
