A review of the electronic indices discloses that two overhearings on an individual believed to be identical 01 th SETS occurred on 9/10/69 and 9/15/69 when an individual by the same name telephonically contacted BPP national headquarters at Berkeley, California, and the San Francisco, California, BPP chapter. Since the AUSA has only requested an affidavit concerning electronic coverage on the three individuals and the two addresses as set forth above, it is felt that the Special Agent in Charge, Charlotte, should furnish an affidavit specifically stating that there was no persona] coverage on these three individuals or the two addresséS and that at the same time he should orally inform the AUSA regarding the two overhearings.
