During the month of June, 1972, the Black Panther Party (BPP) Chapter at Winston-Salem, North Carolina, continued to operate principally from their headquarters at 1333 North Patterson Avenue, Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The BPP , chapter also rents an apartment at 1306-A Underwood Avenu and an apartment at 210 East Fourteenth Street, both in a Winston-Salem, North Carolina, which are used periodically b BPP members. / The BPP has not paid their past due telephone bil of $219, which led to the removal of the telephone located at BPP headquarters. The telephone company installed a pay telephone at BPP headquarters, 1333 North Patterson Avenue, telephone number 727-9652, which is the number now being used by BPP members. A.
