U Additionally, LARRY LITTLE announced his candidacy for the North Ward Alderman seat in Winston Salem, N. C., and directed all Panther members to assist in the campaign. v Funds previously earmarked for the ambulance service were directed to the "Larry Little for Alderman" campaign which resulted in the "parking" of the ambulance.
