, CE 157-6171 In view of the shortage of funds and the almost complete turnover in funding on a monthly basis, the BPP operates on a strictly cash basis. The cash box is maintained at the BPP leadquerters under the control of \. LARRY LITTLE, Lender of the BPP. , DPP members are generally unemployed ond devote their full time and energy to BLP-sponsored progrems. However, from time to time BPP members are encouroged to obtain part-time employment in order to fund the generally depleted revenues of the Party itself and to assist in the y funding of the ambulance service. During this reporting period, the BPP received $5,000 from the Kational Episcopal Church as c gift for __the-continurtion of the BPP Free Ambulance Service; however, these funds went for insurance purposes which were already past due and <llowed for the continuation of the Ambulance ,} Service without any further benefits. ” The BPP has attempted to obtain additional funding through means such as benefit shows and publicity compaigns; however, to date none of these programs have been erfective.
