In view of the shortage of funds and the almost
complete turnover in funding on a monthly basis, the BPP
operates on a strictly cash basis. The cash box is
maintained at the BPP leadquerters under the control of \.
LARRY LITTLE, Lender of the BPP.
,
DPP members are generally unemployed ond devote
their full time and energy to BLP-sponsored progrems.
However, from time to time BPP members are encouroged to
obtain part-time employment in order to fund the generally
depleted revenues of the Party itself and to assist in the y
funding of the ambulance service.
During this reporting period, the BPP received
$5,000 from the Kational Episcopal Church as c gift for
__the-continurtion of the BPP Free Ambulance Service; however,
these funds went for insurance purposes which were already
past due and <llowed for the continuation of the Ambulance ,}
Service without any further benefits. ”
The BPP has attempted to obtain additional
funding through means such as benefit shows and publicity
compaigns; however, to date none of these programs have
been erfective. The Ambulance Program on occasion has been , ;
"temporarily suspended" due to the Tack of funds. st
