CARR reported in the article that an FBI report dated February 26, 1973, on CHARLES ZOLLICOFFER, a member of the BPP, and written by ZACHARY T. LOWE, an Agent in the FBI's Winston-Salem Office, had been recently made available to the Journal and that the report contained information furnished by three informants. CARR also reported that the FBI file provided information concerning CHARLES RAY ZOLLICOFFER'’s age, marital status, brothers’ criminal records, and ether pertinent information.
