s had previously been charged with stealing a meat truck and
firing a shotgun at two Police Officers and was after plea
S bargaining charged with misdemeanor larceny charge and two
counts of misdemeanor assault on Officer. FULLER was sentenced
to 90 days in jail with credit for 12 days already served
4 while awaiting trial and was further ordered to pay $133 as
Mo one third value of the missing meat. Defendants LITTLE and
‘ CORNELL who had been charged with accessory after the fact
to the felony of larceny entered no contest pleas to misdemeanor
charges and each was given a six month jail sentence suspended
