After due consideration and consultation among Agents handling BPP matters in the Charlotte Division, it was determined that Charlotte does not have any informants in a position to obtain the films as desired. It is noted that the only active BPP group is the National Committee to Combat Fascism (NCCF) at Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
