BLACK PANTHER PARTY (BPP) - VIOLENCE Drive-In, and his son observed two members of the group at Charlotte desiring affiliation with the BPP prowling around the restaurant delivery truck. VERONICA GANS , Negro female, received a stab wound in the stomach with a butcher knife from OTIS BLACKMON when she attempted to enter vrestauran CHARLES HENRY, SAMPSON the restaurant. CHARLES HENRY-SAMPSON, JR. received a minor gunshot wound, however, required no medical treatment. JAMES MICHAEL BLACK and JAMES EDWARD .PRATHER were charged with assault by discharging a firefrm into an occupied dwelling. Seized from the Panther group wre a .22 caliber rifle and a 7 millimeter bolt action rifle.
