On June 22, 1970, CE T-l advised that 29 passengers boarded Piedmont Coachbus at 1602 East 14th Street, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, departing there at approximately 7:00 a.m., June 19, 1970, enroute to the Black er Part BPP) Rally at the Lincoln Memorial, Washington, D. C. it appeared that LARRY*LITTLE and JULIUS’CORNELL did not go to the rally but stayed behing”at the BPP Headquarters at Winston-Salem as they were afraid of a Police raid. Near the North Carolina-Virginia border, two Negro males, driving a late-model green Maverick, passed the bus at a high rate of speed. SE was Apparently DOUGLAS MIRANDA. T-1 advise S and NELSON MIIDY, along with the Negro called DAVID, who was possibly DAVID BOWMAN, were passengers on the bus. According to 1-1 °° the return trip indicated that the group plans to go to a phia, Pennsylvania, on Septem- ber 7, 1970.
