RUSSELL MC DONALD is the distributor of the BPP newspaper / in North Carolina, and his wife MARY is very active at BPP Headquarters where she heads the Free Breakfast for Children Program and solicits contributions from the business community. The BPP Headquarters has been without telephone service since members have failed to raise the necessary deposit for the telephone compamy.
