Martin was subpoenaed as a defense witness to testify re electronic surveillance and today was ordered to submit written answers to questions concerning electronic surveillance conducted by the Bureau as to the defendants. SA Martin was previously instructed by the Department to testify orally that none of the States evidence concerning defendants in this case was the product or result of any electronic surveillance conducted by FBI. Domestic Intelligence Division and Office of Legal Counsel will coordinate with the Department a reply to this Court Order.
