C. Referenced airtel suggested that HAZEL’ RAMIREZ may be affiliated with the BPP in Winston-Salem, N. C., and connected with some property in Winston-Salem. It was also suggested that the papers relating to this property had been forwarded to BPP National Headquarters at Oakland, California, for possible transfer of ownership to Stronghold Consolidated Productions, Inc. Investigation at Winston- Salem, N.-C., has not identified an individual named HAZEL RAMIREZ connected with the BPP in Winston-Salem, N.C. It is suggested, however, that the information from earcre: SRE to the new BPP Headquarters at Winston- alem . C., located at 1333 Patterson Ave. This house was purchased under a lease purchase agreement with a $500 cash down payment and monthly rental of $100 per month to be applied toward the purchase price of the house at the option of the buyer.
