C., which was purchased by HAZEL LEE MACK and LEE FAYE MACK under a lease purchase agreement. The house was purchased with a $500 down payment and monthly rent of $100 per month to be applied to the purchase price of the house at the end of sixty months. The total purchase price for the house was $8,500. BPP members have been observed fixing up the house, painting, and making minor repairs. Members have discussed placing metal screens over the windows and sandbags inside the house, however, this has not been done to date. There has been no ‘sonfrontation between the BPP and police and the group appears to be following their new adopted image for community service.
