BLACK PANTHER PARTY RACIAL MATTERS stated KOKO HUGHES talked a very short time with the women, stressing. the importance of the black woman in the black community and in society today. She told the women that they should improve their image, change their hair style to Afro, wear the right type of clothing and to become African and believe in the Black awareness. {Y) - advised that KOKO HUGHES reportedly was leaving evening. of. April 21, 1969, or April 22, observed CHICO driving a 1967-69 Corvette Stingray, lor, bearing New York license, number unknown. did not know how long CHICO would remain on campus. . .- On advised that the scheduled speaker: QUEEN, both failed to appear at the college. and did not “speak, therefore, the programs for ril 22, 1969, and April 23, 1969, were not conducted.
