Rules of society are set up by people no that thcy will be able to function in a harmonioz3 way. In other words, in order to promote the general - welfare of society, rules and laws are established by men. Rules should serve men, and not men serve rules. Much of the time, the laws and rules which officials atteamt te ‘inflict upon poor people are non functional in relation to the status of the poor in society. . These officials are blind to the fact that people shculd not re- spect that are not serving thea. It is the duty of the poor to write and construct rules and laws that are in‘ their better intcxests. This is one of the basic human rights o£ all men. . Before 1776, white people were colonized by the English. The En- glish gcve=nment had certain laws and xuies tnat the colonized Ameri- cans viewed as not in their best interests but as a colonized people. At that time the English government fsit that the colcnizcd Auericans had no right to establish lev people living here in arcric Tae colonized Americen felt he had no choice but to raise the gun in énSense of the welfere of the colon= ized people. At this tine, he made certain laws insuring his protec- tion from external and intexrnl agyressioas from govecnments and agencies. Now these same colenized white pzople, these ex-slaves, robbers, and thieves, have denied the colc: eG black man the right to even speak of abolishing this opzresszive system which the white colonized Americzn created. They have carried their madness to the four corners of the earth, and now there is universal rebellion against their con- tinucd zule ind power. The Birck people in America are the oaly poo~ ple who can free the world, locsen the yoke of colonialism and destroy the war machine. As leng as the wheels of the imperialistic war ma- chine are turning there is no country that can defeat this monster of the West. But Black people can make a malfunction of this machine from within, Black people can destroy the machin the world. America cannot stand to ficht every Black country in the world and fight a civil war at thd’ reme time. it is militarily im pissible to do both of these thirgs at once.
