CE 157-6171 On September 25, 1970, SF T-16 reported that an unidentified individual from North Carolina had traveled in various areas of North Carolina and in addition, had talked to someone in Atlanta, Georgia, concerning getting a train in connection with the Revolutionary Peoples Constitutional Convention. This individual was reportedly to attend a staff Meeting to be held in New York on September 26, 1970.
