C., and is under the leadership of LARRY DONNELL LITTLE, Field Lieutenant. Information concerning pads, ‘ community activity, public appearances, BPP fortifications, finances, and travel of BPP members set out in this report. The North Carolina Supreme Court reversed Superior Court judges ruling on selection of jurors and ruled BPP leaders stand trial on charges of assault and theft of a truck load of meat. Two other BPP members released on appeal bond from North Carolina State Prison, Raleigh, North Carolina. BPP member JOSEPH E. WADDELL died of heart attack 6/13/72, North Carolina Central Prison, Raleigh, North Carolina. Information received latter part of 9/72, that Winston-Salem, N.
