On August 23, 1969, a source who has furnished reliable information in the past advised that the deronstration which had been scheduled for that date to begin at approxi- mately 11:00 A. M. had been postponed and tentatively rescheduled for Saturday, August 30, 1969. source, the post ement was occasioned by the fact that Doctor REGINALD A’, HAWKINS, a Charlotte, North Carolina, Negro dentist, desired that the demonstration be held in close proximity to the scheduled date of school cpenings in Charlotte, which would be September 2, 1969.
