The official newspeyer, “The Bkick Panther," which further describes itselt tie "Eh k Community News Service," states that the BPP advacates the 7 na guerrilla tactics in its revoluticoasry program to ead o ezsion of the black people. Residests of the black community are urged to arm themselves againat the pelice who are consistently referred to in the publication as "pigs" who should be killed. "The Black Panther" issue of September 7, 1968, contains an editorial by BPP Minister of Education, GEORGE MASON MURRAY, which ends with the following "Black men. Biack peopic, colored persons of America, revolt everywhere! Arm yourssives. The only culture worthkeeping is 2» revolutionary culture. Change Freeden everywhere. Dynamite! Black Power. Use the gus. Kill the pigs everywhere." Included in the satroduction to an article appearing in the October 5, 1968, edition of "The Bitck Panther” is the statement, "... we will mit dissent from American Government. We will overthrow it." Issues of "The Black Panther” reguarly contain quotations from the writings of Chiirmen MAO Tse-tung of the People's Republic ef China avd fexturs MAO'S statement that "political power grows out af the barre] of aA gun."
