For . | their part. the men must have two basic and indispensable obligatory i qualities: a) they must have a politico-revoluuanary motivation; { b) they must have the necessary technical-revolutionary preparation. | Men with a pol:tico-revalutionary motivation are found- among the ' H vast and clearheaded contingents of enemics of the military dicta- $ | torship and of the domination of US imperialism. 1 Almost daily such men gravitate to urban guerrilla warfare, and { it is for this reason that the reaction no longer announces that it has thwarted the revolutionaries and gocs through the unpleasantness of . secing them mse up again out of their cwn ashes.
