The article reflected MOORE and 20 others were indicted April 2, 1970, on charges of plotting to set off bombs in five mid-town New York department stores, plotting to dynamite the tracks of the penn Central Railroad and plotting to bomb a Bronx, New York, police station. Presiding New york State Supreme Court Justice JOHN M. MURTAGH set bail for the 21 at $100,000 each. Only 11 of the 21 will undergo trial because the remainder are underage. Their lawyer, GERALD B.
