The rear end of the church was badly damaged, A. - f fire marshal in Birmingham advised that in his opinion, : spproximately 10 sticks of dynamite had been dropped on the road surface near the church and ignited with a fuse-type igniter. : He estimated the damage to the church at $20,000 to $80,000. Our Birmingham Office immediately instituted ae full investigation into this bombing.
