Merrifield, Cashier of the Farmers ond Merchants Bank, Mexico, Mo., and Ben Dobyns of that city, a customer of above bank, who wore present at 2:15 P. M. on 6-14-35 when the bank was robbed. The photographs of Clyde Champion Barrow, Bonnie Parker, Buck Barrow and wife, and Hubert Bleigh were exhibited by agent to Mr. C. F. Merri- field, Cashier of the Farmers and Merchants Bank, and Mr, Ben Dobyns, proprietor of Dobyns' Cafe. Mr. Merrifield stated that he was the only employee of the bank who was in the bank at 2:15 on June 14, 1933, when the place was held up; that Mr. Dobyms, one of the bank's customers, entered the bank s few seconds after the rob- "$s entered, and was immediately covered with revolvers; that Dobyns was present during the holdup. Messrs. Merrifield and Dobyns, efter carefully examining the photographs of Subjects, stated that they could not identify these Subjects as being the persons who staged the holdup.
