Deer Sir:
The Kansas City office advised that at the time the
officers in Iowa had the eun battle with the Barrows that
Texas license plates No. Al4-999 were found in an automobile .
abandoned by them and requested to ascertain to whom plates
were issued end that owner be interviewed es to loss of same.
The Automobile Hegistration Division of the State
Highway Department at Austin advises that 1933 Texas license
plates were issued to Frank White, Naylor Hotel, San Angelo,
Texes, for Ford sedan motor #179042. Records further show these
plates to have been lost or stolen and have been replaced by Texas
plates No, A23=227.
It is requested that you contact Frank White at the Naylor
Hotel, San Angelo, Texes, and obtain information requested.
