Material obtained from the crime scene of the shrapnel bombing at 16th Avenue and Center Street South on 9-25-63 has been examined by our Laboratory representative and no indication of the specific type of explosive or the method of detonation was found on the material, however, the damage is characteristic of that which would be caused by explosives such as dynamite. The evidentiary material collected at the scene has been forwarded to the FBI Laboratory for further examination in an effort to determine the ; nature of the explosive used, SN ; Cawe ; . 1 = Mt.
