BOMBING MATTERS
SAC Roy Moore has telephonically advised that John Wesley Hall
lhad been tried in Recorder's Court in Birmingham today on the charge of
Possession of dynamite. Hall received the same sentence as was given to
Charles Cagle yesterday; namely, $100 fine plus costs and six months at
hard labor. This sentence is being appealed.
