On 12/4/63 Reynolds advised the Mobile Office there -\ aust have been a misunderstanding at Camp Childersburg and ‘ Reynolds assured the Mobile Office that his department desires i to cooperate with the FBI in matters of mutual interest and suggested recontact by the FBI at Camp Childersburg. Reynolds assured the Mobile Office he would send letters to all superintendents of prison camps in the State of Alabama instructing that the FBI be permitted to interview - prisoners and officials in civil rights matters, Reynolds did request ‘that as much advance notice be given to insure availability of prisoners for interview, as possible.
