Weaver, Birminghas, Alabama, advised our Birmingham Office that the Foreman of the Federal Grand Jury, Clarence Pinson, has requested that some information be furnished to the Grand Jury concerning this Bureau's investigation into the bombing of the Sixteenth Street Baptist Church, The Grand Jury will convene on February 10, 1964. .
