There has been no real evidence developed to indicate a Federal law has been violated. It is noted there are two manufactgring plants that make explosives in the immediate area of Birmingham. As little evidence has been developed to prove the actual identities of the persons responsible for Bapbomb and as there seemed to be indicated a pattern of violent activity on the part of the members of the Eastview Klavern, that information available to indicate a continuing has been set out in a separate section.
